Artificial Intelligence for Everyone

To demonstrate how a single neuron (in a neural network) works, I always begin with a demonstration of the Single Neuron Simulator I’ve built in Google Sheets. Here’s a YouTube video of the demo.

Here is a YouTube video where I walk through this Single Neuron Simulator worksheet (solution).

If I have another hour, I would walk through a Zestimate application case. with a Zestimate worksheet (solution). and a hands-on exercise using the software JASP.

To demonstrate how LLMs work, I use

Pat Virtue’s Small Language Model (N-Grams) demo

Tensorflow’s Embedding Projector

My own Softmax in Excel demo

My own Attention in Excel demo
